Hi Shari,

Not hurting, (dare I say bring it on............. I know I'm going to regret that, but I enjoy leaving a sesson feeling like you have earned something) I enjoyed last night a lot.

Look forward to next Thursday.

Shari / Guys, As I am starting a new style etc, do you think it worthwhile me attending on Wednesdays perhaps instead of Thursday for a few months?

I don't know what everyone else thinks but if you handled last night I'd say carry on coming on a Thursday because when I started(I was starting right from scratch),I went on a Wednesday for ages, but I wish now that I'd come to the Monday/Thursday training sooner, that's when you begin to realize what standard you want to reach, and what you've got to do to get there. :)
The more you sweat in training the less you bleed in battle,a fool says I can't, a wise man says I'll try.

Thanks Emma,

I spoke too soon thoough last night (brave but daft!), as I am hurting a little today, but not too bad.

The thing is, this is what I want, to hurt the next day (in a good way) but from doing Karate, not just fitness. by the way (my body is shouting noooooooooooo, but my brain is shouting yyyeeessss).

Thanks for the responses.

I have to say that I really like to spirit of Seki, you all made me feel really welcome on Thursday, thanks!
