We had two return correct answers to all the questions:

Ben Roberts  and Emma Hughes.

The tie breaker was used in front of the whole club (to ensure absolute fairness ).
Without knowing who had written the slogans, the majority of the adults decided on Emma's slogan.
So Emma wins the prize.
