since like da begining of september, ive been doin some sorta sport b4 i go 2 training itself, i notice i cannot try as hard n da dojo coz ma muscle r nakerd, it der reli a point doin some trainin e.g. swimin, gym, bike, b4 i go trainin n da dojo??

it depends on how much you train for and the intensity of it.if you feel knackered after it-and then go straight to the dojo -you re doing too much. But if its only light exercise which will help to warm up the muscles, and you do some stretching after it, it should help prepare your body for training. Sounds like you  are doing a bit too much beforehand though. And make sure that you had something to eat bout an hour and a half before training as fuel for your body. If you ve trained- gone home , not eaten, then go to training again, your fuel tank will be empty, and your body will suffer.

I'm really bad at doing that,I go to the gym on a monday and thursday before training(but not straight before though I have time to recover!)sometimes I ask myself  would I be able to push myself more if I didn't go to the gym before,but I tried it once and it didn't make a difference.With me I'm ok if I eat an absolutely load of food before to keep my energy levels up.Bananas are good!But it depends on your body and how much it can cope with.

well i go 2 da gym on thursday b4 trainin, n sometimes i get a lot of cramp n dat isnt very present uno, i guese dat means i dont have 2 train as hard n da gym lol, i dont eat dat much b4 trainin uno but i do try ma best 2 eat something, banana sounds like agud idea but compare it 2 kfc .......

2day i ride my bike from llanfair to maes g, then ride to seki, and ma legs wer literally dead, and i had some milk shake like 5 minuits before training and i nearly throw up :(, so i don't recoment them  :lol:

You are "Young"...enjoy your fitness and youth...You can do "anything"
Look after your bodies and "enjoy" them. Now is the time to lay down the foundation for the future. Healthy body, strong bones, good immune system. Eat healthily (NO CRAP !) and moderately. You have 5  star bodies so make sure you ONLY PUT 5 star fuel in it. You wouldn't run an Aston Martin on cheap paraffin would you ?
Read about nutrition. Keep away from Tobacco, drugs and alcohol.
Enjoy the feeling of exhilaration when you work your body hard...enjoy the endomorphic trance of feeling "really Tired" after physical work.
Work hard all day and play all night. Respect your body and that of others.

i havent been eatin snack for ages uno, uno think i should quit fast food??? and yeah i dont smoke nor drugs, but achole... i onyl drank it bout 6 times n i quit nowadays coz i just got to save up for the insurance for ma mum's car, eh but how come most of the seki members go to the pub after training??

honestly- blackcurrant and water is what I drink after training alex cos of the driving.
 After training in edinburgh- now that is a completely different story.But hey we re on holiday then!
