aww man, i ain't been to the gym for like 3 months, and i went today with a mate, and i can't do nothing, i used to be able to runo n the running machine for 15 minuits no problem, and i do it twice, and i could bench 60 (reps) but i struggle with 40kg, and my asthma is killing me lately and i never smoke nor nothin, and i was so energyless in training afta gym, any suggestion 2 gain ma old body back?
