try doing Kihon Kata with the sai. I once read that this was a sai kata, but that was in Wado Ryu

try doing Kihon Kata with the sai. I once read that this was a sai kata, but that was in Wado Ryu

...I read that All Kata can be performed with Sai.....

i want coment on my sai performance today :), just to lets you know, i've learn it by my self, i only had the sai for about a month ish

Bloomin' Hell - you young Seki will be taking a number to line up to pop me at Edinburgh this year....
....I'll pop out tomorrow and buy some Knee Pads - to keep the noise down - what with my knees knocking so badly.... :P

btw, i am practising my basai bai without sai and with sai, gwyn when i think i am good enough can i ask you to give me 3 minuits to preform??

no it isnt, with out my sai my kata isn't bad, but with the sai i don't know, dave said he will video it to show you
