Alex... listen up !

The Kanji is EMBROIDERED on to the belt BEFORE they fold the belt up and STITCH it

It is done with a SEWING MACHINE

The SEWING MACHINE has to be COMPUTER PROGRAMMED to go round and round and stitch Kanji.

It has to have a special computer programme called a Jaquard to do kanji.

Some Kanji they have already in their SEWING MACHINE  because lots of people want it on their belt, they have KARATE or KUGB or SHOTOKAN or WADO Kanji and lots of customers choose one.

We (SEKI)  have PAID £60 about 10 years ago to have a SPECIAL SEKI RYU ZAN COMPUTER PROGRAMME made for the SEWING MACHINE at Kamae International, so that they can embroider the SEKI RYU ZAN KANJI on to Kamae products. (BUT ONLY FOR SEKI RYU ZAN MEMBERS OF COURSE)

So you see, they don't have any other KANJI and wouldn't be able to do your real name (Cheung Yiu Jun)

What we now do is have the SEKI KANJI on BOTH ends of the belt.

Your only other option is to find somewhere in HONG KONG... you see they would have the proper Kanji for your name...because it's their language over there. If you wanted a Seki Kanji also then it would be easy in Hong Kong because Japanese Kanji and Chinese Kanji are the SAME !

Of course they wouldn't understand SEKI RYU ZAN in Hong Kong but if you said Hong - Luong - Shan (RED - DRAGON - MOUNTAIN )then the Kanji would come out the same.

But you had your name in Katakana (Japanese phonetical alphabet)  not Kanji (Japanese and Chinese pictorial symbols)

Cheung Yiu Jun does not transfer into Katakana as it means something and is not phonetic.

BTW Alex, what does (Cheung Yiu Jun ) mean ?

I once had a friend named Mo Sang (Leung) and he said his name meany three o'clock in the Morning because that is when he was born.

Many welsh names have meanings like this:

Hâf (Summer)  Mai (May) Sulwen (White Sunday) etc

cheung = surname, so i doubt there is a meaning, there might but i duno

yiu = shine (one way of saying it) - this is my middle name and dchinese have a tradition of having the same middle name in the level of family tree, like tyson and cherry got the same middle name and some of my cousin from my dad's family

jun = it usualy means fine, but my name is special and has a horse symbal next to it (was born in the year of the horse), sounds the same but my name means fine horse
