If you want to post an image to the forum the biggest obstacle is usually size - digital camera images are usually too big for the forum to handle. This might help:

http://www.shrinkpictures.com/

Follow the on screen instructions - very quick and simple. I'd suggest setting image size to 760 or 600 pixels and compression ratio to 'good'. When the picture has resized click on the image with your right mouse button and choose 'save images as' (or the Microsoft equivalent) to save a copy to your hard disk. Upload the resized image to the forum in the normal manner.
