punch bag bracket info again

hey- where s the thread with the info on the various brackets for the punch bag? I can't find the thing. Gonna buy one this week

Siw,
   Have a word with the guys at Brunswick steel fabricators in Caeathro, they will make any kind of bracket that you want or
you could try the guys in Crawia, Llanrug (forgot what the call themselves now), they do the same stuff and very resonable.

thanks Gareth. Pete Hughes s got a cunning plan at the moment. He s going to get some wood, build a stand, put support brackets and we're going to bury it like a makiwara and get a thing to hoist it up.( He knows what he s doing, I just agree that it's a great plan!!)We 've assessed the situation and we re doing this instead of the stand,  as the punch bag stand would be in the way when I would kick it etc, and putting it on the outside wall of the house would be no good. I cant wait - I will have a makiwara and bag right next to each other enticing me to whack them each time I look out of the window. Yahoo!  :D
