I've been thinking about bringing Evil Azzy out of retirement for a couple of years. 

Guess the current level of sedation "by Ibuprofen" isn't working.

Well folks - I can finally say that I've now got the DVD version of the grading footage I filmed at Edinburgh - it contains M-B's Kihon Combinations (excluding the Shiho punches/kicks) + all his Kumite bouts (no Kata as I was zoomed on Tam and Callum).

I've burned a few copies which I'll post off to Shari on Monday as I've also a few copies of Kuro-Obi to send her that I had promised her for Edinburgh but I forgot

Well done Mole Bach, star man. Gutted I missed Edinburgh, but got Huw's SMS on the day.

With such strength in depth at Seki, I hope everyone does appreciate the talent and experience available every week without fail, and the constant desire to nurture and improve the group.
