I often have a look to see who else is on the forum, to prepare myself for JTH terrible jokes, or Cheungy's slang (have to revise beforehand)

Anyway, very often there are several guests accessing the forum, which is great.

I wonder how many of the guests train at Seki / train elsewhere / would like to take up a Martial Art.

Its so easy to register on the forum................

Ah, interesting, the martial arts forum identifies those log on's that are bots, I thought those on our site were genuine :(

Nah. But that will change when I change the forum software.

They are still there on the MAF forum, does identifying them to other MAF users change anything?

Will the new software ID them or prevent Huw?

...don't forget that bots can be good for your forum Andy by placing it in search engine rankings etc  :)

?

Well for example google and other seach engines use bots to search ou relevant web content for searches so if you tag/promote your website pages correctly with appropriate keywords then the search bots will rank your site's pages higher and users searching for "traditional shotokan karate maniacs" for example will make Seki appear high up in the returned results.....
