As Dave says - if you think that you are better at one then choose that but show all three to your Instructors and get their opinion of the performanaces.
Whatever you choose I'd still like to see the videos of all three if you can manage it.

 most of seki seem to do Jitte, canada tom did enpi and so did tracy from amlwch. dave and i did jitte when we took our nidan. shari
