your foot advice.. on softening, rather than toughening has helped.

Come to the second class,the standard is at a completely different level (the first class is essential for basics though!)
You might as well stay for the third too
(Alex usually does so if you're sharing lifts....)the Katas are amazing,and you're taught the Kata in more depth if you know what I mean.
Thanks Emma, I plan to attend the second class as often as possible, its a great lesson, technically very stretching (hence good) the third I will wait a a year or two yet.
In respect of the foot thing;
I have suffered with blisters, huge ones, especially when doing two lessons in a row.
I tried toughening them up, letting calouses develop etc. even (nearly) bought foot toughener from a pet strore in Plymouth!! for Greyhounds!!
Moley told me to do the opposite, soften rather than toughen, and so far, it has helped.
