Hi Azzy and/or JTH/ or anyone else out there

Is there any cure for my laptop. I still have a Trojan virus that i can't get rid of. Any suggestions?

Hi Annette,

Have you set the AV to "clean" the infections it finds or just report ? - or is it saying it can't clean the files ?

I've delt with trojan.Zlob before and its an annoying little !"£%&*()

If I remember correctly I used an online virus scan

http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/home.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym&plfid=23&pkj=GQCMFUKFLDHGQDHFFRO


then checked it using
http://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/zlob.shtml
and
http://www.spywareremove.com/removeZlob.html

then used the symantec scan again.

It did clear it but I ended up wiping the computer anyway.   :D

Hi Jim
It tells me it's there but won't fix it for me. I then recommends i do something but i don't understand what it wants me to do.  :cry:
