« on: March 27, 2009, 08:24:09 AM »
Wow!!
Enjoyed this one sooooo much! came home grinning from ear to ear, and by the way Melen says thanks, partner work with Manon was great, I haven't seen her telling me before that her arms hurt she 's got bruised forearms and she can't wait til' the next time.

I'm finding the 2 sessions really hard, stamina not good enough so alternating at the moment, 2nd lesson on Mondays and 1st on Thursday. I'm on a diet and trying to exercise during the week so hopefully in a few months things will change.

You missed a classic from 8 till 9 Arwel! Proper old-skool hardcore session. I could hardly walk this morning 'cos my knees are so bad and I have assorted lumps and bruises all over the place. Oh yes, and my right knuckles are swollen. I have no idea how I did that! Thank you Moley - most enjoyable. 8) 8)

I came to your house and said I was going, er indoors said you had too much work on :?(I wonder if there's a domestic disturbance in the air?) :)

Theres always a disturbance in our house, hes 14 going on 21.

I did have too much work, but was trying to get it finished before training (would have been difficult) but when you came round.........must have been crossed wires.

I wont be training next week, on account of the bruises and black eye!
