just back from YG, twisted ankle maybe damaged ligaments, off for 2 days minimum with recomendation for 7 days rest. they don't give out any support grips to damaged ankles only to broken bones

did a sponsored walk to collect money for a local childrens playground, lovely walk until the picture taking, turned round stepped on a stone and pey presto twisted ankle.

7 days is probably a minimum Arwel - the ankle is a delicate thing (even yours !!). If in doubt talk to Richie ...

Arwel,come and sit in the side like i do,it's frustrating,you actually become jealous of people who are red and dripping with sweat :shock: and it makes you feel sooooo lazy :x but it is worth it in the end. :D

You would have especially needed two good feet last night, we did some partner stance work, a very good exercise.
