i've been doing quite a lot of curling atm, im trying to get my arms to 14 inches, doing a little bit of benching, this is in my house like

like i said before you cant just work on one part without working the rest of your body. Equilibrium for the body if you train to much on arms they wont "flow" with the rest of the body you develop your body throughout or not at all Very Happy ( the end part is probably wrong but it was a nice ending to the whole speech)

right a newbie question what is karateka or how ever its spelt lol. ... is that grade? if so White soon to be red tho thanks to the acceptance of gwyn tho Very Happy (if i pass)


One who practices karate, so I understand, thats the context that I use the word.

Id fail by far i think a 7 year old could beat me. no i don't think, i know a 7 year old could beat me at spelling.

I have a little friend called dyslexia, hes a really @#$ hole I'm learning karate to kill him Very Happy well it would be the best choice seeng as ill come out of the fight with brain damage...
