Topic: Anyone know any good (cheap) Online Suppliers for Karate "Essentials" ?

Righty ho then 

I was having a think about my Karate "Running Costs" and I was horrified at the amount of Strappping Tape and Voltarol and Tiger Balm I get through and that's not even mentioning Ibuprofen etc. 

So given that a small tube of Voltarol is nearly £5 in the Chemists I had a quick look online and couldn'ty find anywhere cheaper - in fact it was more expensive when you added the postage costs. Also couldn't seem to find bigger ttubes either....

...so anyone got any good sources to purchase these costly "Essentials" ? - if so please share.

For tiger balm, you should have asked Alex "BEFORE" he went to Hong Kong. You can get it really cheap in Hong Kong. Alternatively if you know of anyone going to Thailand for a holiday ?
As for Volterol..get yourself a mate like Lloydie..

The tiger Balm isn't too much of a problem - the "Poundland" stuff at 5 for £1 is pretty much o.k.  so it's really mainly the strapping tape and voltarol I guess..... 

...Tom Lambie is "The Big 60" this year...... wonder if that means he'll get it free on prescription..... ?

I am about to order some strapping tape for the Edinburgh "field hospital".  If 2.5cm tape is good for you, I'll order the discount bulk buy and just pitch in for what you need.

That would be good Dave I use that size for my tootsies - funny thing is I just posted off an envelope to you this morning - darn.

I'm not at Edinburgh this year as I'm on hols. in Italy so if you'll need to get Tam or Callum or someone to take it back for me if that's o.k.

Pity they don't do the bulk buy on the 5cm as well.

Just let me know how many rolls you can spare and I'l get the dosh sorted out.
