2 things that are puzzling me....

1)after the Mae Geri Gyaku Tsuki,are you allowed to use your reaction hand when you do the Uchi Ude Uke?

2)When you do the Uchi Ude Uke your front leg moves,am I right in saying 'do you move your front leg?No.Does your front leg move?Yes?'

you are correct in saying that you do NOT move your foot .... BUT your foot DOES move
