my sensai in aber did a video of me doing sochin, i told him NOT to put it on the web without permition, but you know, also i havent got a seki badge on because that is my new gi, so hint hint gwyn, i need another one lol

...you do know why the Kata is called "Sochin" and what stance the majority of the Kata techniques are supposed to be performed from ? Twisted Evil
