I know that the third session is the only time we get to do advance Kata, but is there any way that sometimes even if it's only once a month we could do the same type of thing as we did last night in Dave J's lesson? If someone who was there could back me up on this it would be a big help!

(For those who weren't there it was a 'workshop' as Dave called it, concentrating on 1)hip rotation/distance in Gyaku Tsuki and 2)how you must adapt your stance whilst blocking/attacking depending on your opponent)
It's a shame that not many people stayed to enjoy it. If you're reading this and you don't come to the last lesson because you think that this is the lesson where everyone kills each other, it's not like that at all. It's quite relaxed (think of it as a cool down

)but the points that are made make you think outside of the box and make you look at things in a different prospective. Obviously many members have commitments and so on but if you can stay believe me it's worth it.
