tonights training
« on: May 18, 2010, 10:12:49 PM »
i'd like to thank Siwan, Manon and Sakura for the invite to tonights special training to remember Sensei Pete Hughes. As always awesome training by the senseis from the basics by Eryl to the Kumite by Gwyn, and what a surprise when Alun took us thru some special basic moves and we ended up having learned Kanku sho (I think its called that) awesome. Thank you all.

Everybody did really well and worked hard, the sweat was pouring. I hope everybody enjoyed it and learned something new.
A difficult session to plan considering the emotion, floor space, range of experience of students, time and three instructors.

What did everyone think?????

Just what I needed - and great sessions from all 3 instructors.  As Dave says, Pete would have been proud.
Thanks Siwan & Manon and all at Sakura for putting on such a great tribute to a grand guy.
