It's bruised(very bruised)but surprisingly it's not swollen at all,(that might have something to do with the fact that I was up until 3:00am last night revising and icing it in between). It could have been much much worse, it's not going to stop me training is it so  Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Dave J has been telling me for months "make your blocks work" getting hit was probably a wake up call.Shocked

Not bad. It was ok last year because I was revising when I was in a cast so I couldn't train, I definitely wouldn't want to be in a cast again but now I am training so if I want to keep coming to the Dojo,  and train at home and go to the gym it means that I've got to be up for hours every night. So basically I'm shattered. But it's ok because I'll catch up on sleep after I've finished, well that's the plan anyway!

I get my results the day we go to Edinburgh, don't we need to start planning that? Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
