Phone 0131 451 3117 and ask for Lisa Wright 2. Book Bed and Breakfast at Riccaton Campus for - Thursday August 19th, Friday August 20th Saturday August 21. 3. Arrive Thursday – Depart Sunday. 4. Ask to be placed in same block as Gwyn Mowll party. 5. Pay and obtain booking number. 6. Tell Moley or Dave Lloyd and you will be added to list. Dear Seki,
Final Arrangements For Edinburgh Trip 2010.
Thursday morning. August 19th .
Pick up at Normal College Top Car park – 08:45am
Depart (with or without you) – 09:00am SHARP!
Stop 1. Dinner - approx 12:00 Noon. (Venue = Azzy to arrange)
Stop 2. Herriott Watt Edinburgh. - Book in + get showered & changed
Thursday night, - Meal in town (venue -t.b.d) Friday morning – Chill
Friday – Training at 4pm (Book in + pay around 3pm) Chinese meal in town
Saturday/ Sunday – Training 11:00am (Party or Riccaton arms Sat night)
Tick list Do NOT forget the following items (Very very important);
£90 cash only to pay for training.
Money for food and drinks.
Karate Gi , belt,
Clothes bag,BIG Plastic carrier bag for Sunday. Important !
Pen and paper, Licence book
Camera
We hope to be back on Sunday night approx 10:00pm.

Thursday August 19th. Dinner stop approx 12:00 Noon: Carlisle Toby Carvery. A Brewers Fayre Inn so prices and quality should suit everybody including Cheungy and Iwan. (So we don't have to worry about Pot Noodles Huw !) Have a look at the Website and decide what you want so's we can phone our orders in. Saturday night is "Party Night" - apparently at the Uni. - so I THOUGHT Friday was "Main" Meal night.... as need to be in bar at Uni for 10:30 to stay late for Party... JIm |
