That's me had two recomendations for the Loon Fung  Cool - and the Banquet Menu is supposed to be really good and good value too Smile

Jim

How long will it take to walk from the bus stop do you reckon Jim? We might have to adjust the booking time to fit.

Well according to this map - it's only just under 6 miles away from the Campus so can't be far...

It's called Duck's and it's on Eyre Place, just around the corner off the bottom of Dundas St.

Don't recommend it for a big group though, partly because it's too small and partly because it's too expensive Smile

Does the restaurant have to be a Chinese btw? I could rack my brains, though to be honest it's 7 years since I moved away and the restaurant scene in Embra moves quickly!

I'm thinking Thursday night when me, Huw and Lloydie ditch the McDonalds  crowd.

How pricey do you want? I can certainly recommend some other places, though I'll have to check they haven't shut too.

Preferences for cuisine?

I'm with you guys!

Il Castello is a family favourite - it's in the shadow of the Castle Rock on Castle Terrace.

Less pricey than some of our old faves but good food and nice atmosphere.
