Have just been canvassing some opinions. Loon Fung is reputedly excellent. New Lee On in Bruntsfield also gets some good comments. Google has just suggested Jasmine on Grindlay St (very central, in fact a few steps from where the Great Wall used to be).
(New Lee On may have a separate Cantonese menu, so Cheungy might be able to work some magic for a booking?)
