Excellent..Loved every minute of it. Very high standard. Very similar to our Shotokan syllabus and Examination grading. The little guy was GREAT. Good SHARP techniques and excellent kata.
Make your little Owain watch this over and over so he can absorb the sharpness and technique.
Kumite a bit weak though. I felt your little Owain although not as sharp in Kata and Kihon would just decimate this guy in kumite. However Kumite is only 1/3 of the criteria.
Also HUGE dropout rate..they only have 2 going for 1st kyu. AND.. this is in Las.Vegas
