Cruciate Reconstruction?!
«

Just been to see the knee doc finally, and have been advised that ill be having knee surgery before xmas to have cartilage cleaned up and a probable cruciate reconstruction! Awaiting MRI for confirmation.
Was a bit of a shock as I had no idea - but he starting bending my knee about and it just kept giving way...has anyone else had anything similiar? I'll have to keep my kicks simple when my weights on my right leg from now on! Bit gutted to be honest!

Been there, done that, got the scars. I'm not the only one either, Kevin Banholzer had the same around the same time as me. Suggest we have a chat next week when I'm back.

Ahh Gareth, Don't despair. Things have moved on a lot in medicine since Huw and Kevin B had the op. We now have things called anesthetics and we use real surgeons and not horse doctors.
