its been awhile since i have had anything to say on here, but non the less, i have an open question to ask well more of an inquery if anyone can help.

Coming back to training for the last three weeks has been abit of hard on my feet, in the first week i accquired numerous blisters and  from just the other night i managed to tear some skin on one of my feet. my question is, does anyone know or have any tips or tricks in treating these sorts of injuries and another question, is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening?

or can i take it, that months out from training has just made my feet weak and i should just toughen up!!

Scholl cracked heel cream (available at Tesco) is very good to prevent cracks etc if used regularly. Once damaged, Compede is good.
