Can anyone tell me what this means in SIMPLE PLAIN english and what effect it could have on us?

Shouldn't really affect you at all Moley - the physical IP address of the Seki website - for example - shouldn't really ever matter to anyone as you normally access sites by their Domain Name (e.g. sekiryuzan.org) and the translation of this to the "real IP addres" all happens behind the scenes :)
