Give it a brisk rubbing....

- but seriously Shari - what application are you printing from ?

Usually you would need to select all the text and change the font size to a bigger number - around 12 point or 14 point

Sorry Shari,
My fault. Usually, the PDF's I send you are only page size and will therefore print out to scale. The phone numbers one is about three pages long, but a PDF aves it to one page.
I will save it again as MS Windows XP for you.
In the meantime try this and let us know what happened.

1
Open the PDF file in a PDF reader or application such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows)
2
Select "Print" under "File" in the top menu bar.
3
Select the target printer from the list (usually a drop-down menu or directory).
4
Click the "Properties" button (Windows) or "Page Setup" (Mac) button. Note: some programs such as Preview on the Mac display Properties on the main Print menu.
5
Select the desired page scaling, as a percentage, or click the option "Fit to Printer" or "Fit to Page" (depending on the application and printer driver). If the "Center and Scale to Fit Media" option is available (such as on Acrobat Standard), select this option for automatic sizing.
6
Review the thumbnail image in the Preview window to see the PDF page enlarged to fit the page.
7
Click the "Print" button.

Somebody I know works in a certain somewhere.

She said to IT support - "I can't do the out of office reply from my Blackberry"
IT support said- "That's right, you can't"
She said "But I could do it before with the stuff Julian put on my Blackberry - before I was stationed here."
I.T. support said "Oh I didn't know you could do that"
She said "Well sort my Blackberry out then, it worked before I came here"
I.T. support said, "I can't do it so you you'll have to ask MrXXX to take Julian's stuff off and re-do everything to match our system"

So she e-mailed MrXXX

She got an "out of office reply".

IT support......you have got a better chance of getting a scrotal support.

One of the girls in the office on THURSDAY last week, pulled the drawer of the printer out and could not get it back in, so they phoned IT.  I came in on Monday, put the drawer back.  TODAY IT turn up to fix it, I say, I've done it, he say's "great, can you go and do some jobs for us then".

One of the IT chaps (I think he's the only one that's 'normal') has given me full admin rights on the PC, because i seem to know more than they do

I'll stop now, before it turns into a rant...........................again.
