Just received this from Ben's dad:


Hi Gwyn,
Ben asked me to let you know, he has finished his exams now, but was taken into Dulas Ward Ysbyty Gwynedd on Thursday to have his perforated appendix removed. He is hoping to be discharged on Monday, but will not be able to attend karate for a few weeks.
