breathing
« on: September 09, 2011, 09:16:10 AM »
did I struggle last night, whatever it was, be it poor technique, not relaxing, bad air or an asthma attack, I felt awful after coming home, I nearly had to stop on the side of the road to vomit on the way home. Today my chest is as tight as its ever been. it happened 10 minutes into the lesson, I could not concentrate or execute any proper techniques afterwards for the whole of the session, never thought that gasping for breath was so hard or how much it affects your concentration.

+1

Sounds likely - had that happen as well and within a day or so had to go to the Vets....

Arwel - Don't ask for medical advice on a forum, ask your doctor!!! The sudden onset of anything should be checked out.

Arwel, I absolutely agree with Gizmo.  The session was not that unusual in intensity, therefore get yourself down the docs asap and get checked out.
