O.K. I know I'm a control freak and all that.................
BUT
Nobody ever sends me a "read receipt" to my e-mails. (well except Julian and Hawi)
I always tick the "request read receipt" option. When no reply comes I get annoyed and frustrated not knowing if my message has arrived or been dumped in the spam box.
Sometimes I send really important e-mails out regarding grading and things like courses. When I do this I tick the "require read receipt" box and ALSO ask in the e-mail if people have received and can download the documents.
I need to know if the instructors of other clubs have received the paperwork and that everything is O.K. for the grading.
But, nobody bothers to even hit the e-mail received button let alone respond.
Is it me ?
What is the internet protocol for things like this ?
What should I do ?
Should I phone them?
