Still composing the Complaint letter to B.T. So far 3 pages long... Just typing in the
"Just going out to howl at the moon, because it will have more effect than contacting the B.T. helpline." sentence...

You will be pleased to know that the Advance Line Rental payment to BT along with the phone and Broadband bill left my bank account automatically without a hitch. Luckily it is a Direct Debit payment therefore does not rely on me going online to pay the bill with online banking like all the other bills which will incur a penalty charge if not paid on time. But what does B.T. care bout such trivialities as long as its Fat cat shareholders reap in the profits and us poor sods have to put up with - "Hello...and welcome to B.T. Is your computer switched on ? Does your router have a blue light? Have you tried switching your P.C. on and off? What version of Windows are you using?.... Linux???? I'm sorry... I repeat... What version of Windows are you using??
