A question for Gizmo really. Is there a way to assist your body to recover from something like Blackpool or Edinburgh?
I went down to JJB this morning and found that I couldn't train anywhere near as hard as I did last week. O ni'n wan fel cath i roi o'n Gymraeg !! I have rested pretty well since the event - only light training in the dojo and no JJB - so I thought I'd 'get back to normal' today. No chance - I was really struggling.
Are there any viable, sensible strategies that we can emply to shorten recovery after something like Edinburgh or Blackpool?
