Sports Clinic course

The W.T.K.F. has arranged a special "Sports Clinic" seminar with
Zac Laraman (SPORTS MASSAGE PRACTITIONER B.A.(Hons). Sport, Health and Physical Education BTEC Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy (LSSM)

and Richard Robinson. (  MCSP, SRP, MSOM, L.Am.Th (U.S.A.)

This will take place on Sunday November 13th 2pm - 4pm at Arfon Leisure centre. The course will consist of  lectures and "Hands on" with the emphasis on practical exercises. The W.T.K.F. will finance this course.
Having experienced Zac at work I thoroughly recommend this course for ALL Seki members who are eager to improve their flexibilty and prevent or treat injury. (Remind me to announce this at the end of each training session)
Please let me know who intends attending.

an excellent course....i could relate to a lot which was said in relation to posture...i'm a terrible slouch...not anymore though..............................now that i'vewarmed down i'm not waiting 72 hours for a beer :shock:....

.to those of you who do work at a desk particularly with a computer...your workstation should be risk assessed under health and safety....if the workstation is wrong for you or the seat you use does not provide the support necessary...then your employer needs to sort it out.

Yep, echo the sentiments all round. A major success, as the turnout showed.

Thank you to Zac & Richard for an excellent presentation and also to Pete H for the intro.

Leaves us with a sense of realism and purpose for improvement, also shows that we (WTKF) train within a responsive and responsible framework.

Just off to evilBay to order an industrial ice maker/crusher, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.  :x
