OMG my legs hurt this morning!!! Am I the only one?
All this fitness and stretching stuff might be good for my karate - but being fat and lazy sure hurts less

Yep - reckon there's a few of us doing the "John Wayne Walk" this morning. However, I feel much better posture-wise, and much more conscious of the need to take a break every so often and stretch out a bit at work.
Good stuff!!

two excellent sessions lastnight i particularly found the 1st session useful with the basics and reflecting closer on my stance etc and hip movement...some excellent pointers from Lloydie.....
my left forearm was tingling with pain last night and very bruised this morning.following nandemon sanbon with eryl...he's like terrier constantly coming at you ...not letting up...excellent.....the bruising I think was from his kick where i trid to move in on him rather than sabaki and paid the price....never mind i know better next time.........the old tiger balm has done the trick with the swelling and sorted my sore arm
good that we continued with the stetching following sunday's course....it makes a hell of a difference....i even lectured a lad in work today who was moaning about his back....it showed i listened on sunday.........

Was quite stiff Monday morning, niggles in places, I didn't know I had places, glad we continued to stretch last night, felt great2 this morning and all day, now working on the posture issues described by the experts.
