We have training at Seki three times a week.
Monday and Thursday nights training is from 7pm to 9:30pm
Wednesday nights are usually beginers\kids from 7pm to 8pm.

the UKTKF rules state that the minimum amount of training before attempting a grading is 2 nights a week for 3 months.

I guess most clubs are in the same situation - we have some members who train a few hours a month and some sad, no-life individuals that train every session available during the week.

Out of interest how often do you personnally train?
