Be honest now - which would you find easier to live with?

If you got the disqualification you  could always use the "what could I do they just ran into my fist" defence.

The best way (and the nicest) is the way we always do it :
Like this

Us : " Well are we ready to go ? Better go and say goodbye to Sensei Kawasoe......... Ossss Sensei, we're going home now "

Sensei : " Ahhh Osssss  Good bye. Thank you for coming and supporting the competition, I am very grateful to you, see you soon"
Cryf oedd calon hen y glas glogwyni,
Cryfach oedd ei ebill ef a'i ddur,
Chwyddodd gyfoeth gwr yr aur a'r faenol,
O'i enillion prin a'i amal gur.
