Sorry 'bout last night everybody!

Last training session before the Christmas break !
Got a bit carried away... I was on a real high...
Once I got through the pain barrier I could'nt stop !
Could've carried on all night long.

Poor little german girl..so exhausted.. (Well done Seki especially Azzy, Shari and Jewels still standing at the end)
I think we'll call this lesson Moley's Mathematical Formula.

C=fa+(r=fab)+2fa

What's to apologise about? A good hard training session just before Christmas is as traditional as Turkey!! I for one enjoyed it immensely.

I was very annoyed at myself lastnight because I found the session hard going, that is for someone who has been training for over 5 years.

A wicked session just a shame I couldnt make the first. Diolch Gwyn.

I'm up for a little ride sometime, but keep in mind I havnt been on my bike bike since getting my licence 8 years ago :( may help my fitness

 :D  Nice one Moley, my leg hurt a bit durning the session, no pain on friday thank god, it must be on the mend.

 Huw I would love to come for a bike ride but some of us still haveto work, not like these teachers 19 days off. :shock: :shock:
