One question.. do we need to put YG A&E on some sort of 'alert' or something?

Yes Guy, think that's probably a good idea. Maybe an amblance outside the dojo would be handy as well.

Don't forget Paramedics.. 'outside the Dojo' is a long way to crawl.

Sorry to have missed tonights session,

forces beyond my control so to speak,

Never mind, will give Azzy a damn good kicking next time just to make up for it; and YES Lloydie, I will demonstrate those techniques we discussed regarding the total destruction of the human reproductive organs on him.

Naw, Jewels, what I said was 'you've got long legs & arms like a Tarantula', this is wonderfully advantageous in terms of reach, but is a bit of a bu%%er when you are trying to do a very compact kata like Bassai Dai.

Hey Moley, what happened to "helping" Big John last night? I've just twiged that we didn't do that bit !!!  :?

BTW great first lesson - even if it was quite jaw dropingly painful at times!  :( I'd love to see us do more of that kind of stuff ....

Please Sir, Can we have some more ...

I'll also fight him tomorrow if needed, but I have an important PR meeting on Friday, so no slapping, right?!!

BTW, all the best on Saturday to John, he certainly looks 'in the zone'.
