Change to training times

  Next Week only !   
Monday July 31st       Wednesday August 2nd      Thursday August 3rd Seki Ryu Zan Training (2 classes per night)
First Class =   8pm – 9pm    Second class =    9pm – 9:30pm
8pm start due to Maes Glas double booking
