Nice skirt - shame about the shoes !

Just posted some Tameshigiri up on "My Space"
The Katana is a Hanwei Shinto. Very light, but sharp. It has a Bo-hi. The Wara (Target) is a double wrap. Really meaty and heavy.... Scary !

Notice I didn't re-sheath after "noto" because I never re-sheath a wet blade. I will clean and oil the blade first. I don't want the inside of the saya to become damp.

Yes - the sandals are more student than samurai ... Nice video though, the cuts look effortless.  8)

Wicked, I like, I like alot. You can hear the same "swish" you demonstrated to me in the house. I was suprised as to how light in comparison to the others the Shinto was, definetly something that's got a bit of finesse about it!

Oh cant wait to get it now!
