In Bassai Dai (the 8th movement after the Uchi-Uke and the Tate-Shuto - Ukeand Kanku Dai (the 5th movement after the Jodan-Blocks and the Tate-Shuto-Uke) there are the same movements.
Not sure which technique you are on about here, the Shuto-uke or the Soete kake dori, but it sounds like the latter.

It is a block: means -you are moving your upper body away from the attacker and block Uchi-Uke
Ok, let's pressume that it's the Uchi ude uke,

IS it as difficult for you as for me to move the feet in the same way. It is so damned hard not to let one foot stand different than the other and just do it with the drive you develop in this moment. Not to go and set the feet.

Of course, Kihon is a bugger to get right.
If you would train it ... how much concentration do you put on such stuff ... some people want to do a competition and it should look good ... and effective at the same time ...
Forget competition, just concentrate on driving the back heel into the floor, that way you will be able to maintain a strong stance and allow you to smoothly move into the next technique. The sad thing about Kata is that there are two ways of performing it; the correct way, or the competition way, but you must choose one; you can not "mix and match", it's like taking a pair of jeans from Next and putting them with a shirt and tie from Burton, looks naff, and you do'nt get any (take note Azzy).
If you have the luxury of time, break down the movements and perform them slowly, this will allow you to 'feel' the balance and pressure on your heels, remember that if your front foot moves (when it should'nt), check your stance weight distribution, however, sometimes the foot does move, as in the Uchi ide uke's of Heian Ni-Dan.
Here's an interesting story that Hooper Sempai said whilst he was training at the Hoitsugan (Nakayama's private Dojo). One of the students asked Nakayam Sensei
"do you move your front foot in the Soete kake dori"
"NO"
"does your front foot move in the Soete kake dori"
"YES"
Hope this clears it up a bit.

but if your feets are moving different it looks like a penguin.
I'll let Lloydie, Moley, Huw Siw or Shari answer this one...............
