During Kumite last night Huw seemed to be faster at Kicks...
and dare I say more agressive!

I Know he's gone without a cigar for 2 weeks......Is he taking somthing he shouldnt

Azzy, I am presently fueled by a mix of Zyban, Glucosamine Sulphate and fish oil supplaments - heady stuff indeed.

It's probably a good thing that Moley doesn't do random drugs tests !! :shock:

Too many dopey individuals I presume rather than substance abuce !! Or have you been done for Glucosamine abuse again ?!!

Azzy got me thinking and I realised that every morning this week I've taken 7 tablets with my breakfast !!! 7 tablets almost constitutes a meal in itself.  :oops:

Yes Huw, I think I once posted to the TK site that i was now taking so many supplement tablets that when i do gyaku-tsuki I sound like a rattlesnake!

Got to say you were moving well last night - I really enjoyed our sabaki-jun-tsuki - gyaku-tsuki kumite session - great stuff!

must say the 3rd session was pretty damn good too

Very kind of you Mr Lloyd. That would be the Zyban kicking in !! To quote my GP they have a 'mild amphetamine like effect' - in other words Happy Pills  :D  :shock:  :D  Almost worth taking up smoking just to give up !!

OK then as a fellow junkie what are you 'on'. This morning my drugs cocktail was:
2 x Brufen (hamstring inflamation and knees)
1 x Zyban  :D
1 x Fish oil (knees)
1 x Glucosamine (knees)
2 x Some green pills my mum bought me !!

When there's a sale in Holland & Barrett we could arrange a club outing  8)

Huw, my "breakfast" is:

1*High strength Cod Liver oil
1*Glucosamine
various multivits
and currently Ibrupofen

oh and a cup of coffee  :wink:

little h - if I thought that taking "green pills" or "E's" might give me half the artistic talent that Icy has, I would be also taking a bucket of those every morning.

Knowing mum I was more worried that they'd be super strength 'Essence of Deadly Nightshade'
 - turns out their some Kelp stuff. Possibly a slow acting maritime alternative !!  :evil:
