3 Marvellous Mountains

On Friday the 7th of September at 3am i will be climbing Fan Brycheiniog the highest mountain in the western Beacons. At 9.30am stage two will see me climb Cribyn, five hours of breathtaking views and a very steep climb.  The final hurdle will be the summit of Aran Fawddwy starting at 300ft and climbing to just under 3,000ft with sheer drops on the descent.
For this challenge i am looking for sponsors to raise money and the profile of Tros Gynnal. A Welsh childrens' charity that supports some of Wales' most vulnerable children. A form will be available at the Dojo or you can contact me via the forum.

Azzy,Bryn a Rhys diolch am heddiw just what i needed to get me into the mood for my 3 mountains challenge. Liam is now officially joining me and i will make sure that he gets back in one piece, diolch Liam. If someone else drops out i will be looking for another team member.

Thank you Shari - one team  member has dropped out so looking for a volunteer - any takers from Seki with experience. Liam and I are really looking forwards to the challenge but not the lack of sleep friday night. 3am start means no bed tomorrow night so alcohol will really hit the spot on Saturday night while watching the rugby.
