"effectively use" - how about "able to deliver all three techniques without leaving an opportunity for an opponent to counter between the techniques whilst still delivering each individual technique with proper focus/timing/distance (allowing for the opponent's movement/reaction) that it would score" ?
EDIT: - BTW I don't mean that you need to "score" with each technique - just that if the opponent doesn't move/react properly to the delivery it would score effectively - hope that makes sense....

RE: Moley's feedback - Well whilst I don't disagree about the suggested combo being potentially effective in a Jiyu Kumite situation - I would certainly suggest that most Dan Grades wouldn't have much of a problem if attacked with this combo as performed during most shodan gradings....
